How to Succeed in Your Health and Fitness Goals?

Over the past 3 weeks, I made a decision to make my health a priority. I began to embark on a journey to eat healthier and become stronger both physically and mentally.  I have been working out 6 days a week (1 rest day) and following a timed nutrition plan that includes food from every food group. I joined a Challenge Group – or as I like to call it an Accountability or Success Group.

What is a Challenge Group?

Every month I host a “Challenge Group” or basically an online accountability group to help others succeed with their health and fitness goals. I am not a certified nutrition coach or fitness instructor – but I am a friend, a motivator, and an ear for when you need to vent or ask questions.  During out monthly accountability groups, we will work together to pick the right program that works for you that includes nutrition and on-the-go workouts or a simple nutrition plan for those who are not ready to begin working out.

As a challenger with me, you will receive multiple things:

Access to My Challenge Tracker App:My accountability group takes place on a free, private  Challenge Tracker App.  This is an app available on both iOS and Android that you will log your daily superfood shake, log your daily workouts, post pictures of your meals, track your weight, water intake, and most importantly, interact with other people going through this journey with you.

Beachbody on Demand: So every workout program that Beachbody has ever released is available through this online portal.  Which is amazing because there are tons and lots of variety! And no need to ever leave your house because you can do all the programs at home with minimal equipment. All you need is wi-fi to workout – either from your phone, laptop, smart tv, etc.  You can also take your tablet or phone to the gym and do these workouts there if you like that atmosphere.

Every single program comes with meal plans, program calendars, recipes and other resources that align with the program that you choose. You’ll have this access for one full year if you purchase a challenge pack. 

Also you’ll get the Portion Fix system because every program has a meal plan to follow! These are those colored containers you see all over Pinterest now: Red, Green, Purple, Yellow, Blue and Orange. Each color represents a food group: Red = Protein, Green = vegetables, Purple = Fruit, Yellow = Carbs, etc.  These containers are to provide you with a guideline of how much of each food group should be on your plate at one time. It’s very clear and is perfect for those who need a little more guidance.

SUPER FOODS! You will also get 30 days of Shakeology. This is where my daily superfoods come from!  I encourage all of my challengers to try it to see the full results with their program.  I drink Shakeology almost every day – mostly for breakfast. I haven’t been very hungry in the mornings lately or I haven’t had the appetite for breakfast foods, so I turn to a cold and fulfilling Shake. As a challenger, YOU will post your daily “check-in” – a picture of your workout, Shakeology, lunch, dinner, etc. It sounds simple, but it really does make a HUGE difference, compared to trying to complete a program on your own. Sometimes, the lack of accountability is what holds many people back from reaching their goals! One of the most helpful things I provide is all of the meal planning resources, templates, and recipes. I’ll always be here for you!
